At Valéo, windscreen wiper are mass produced  , that is everything is made by machine. Employees only watch and intervene if there is a problem. The volume of production is very important (5000 in the daytime). Valéo gives windscreen wiper at the biggest makes of car in all the countries as mercedes, toyota, porsche, audi, wolkswagen, opel and bmw. They have big turnover (business) (10 billion euro). They ground in the field of windscreen wipers: the aquablade. This system assures(insures) a vision completed with half less liquid washes ices. This one is directly sprayed  through holes in the broom. The production is divided into four parts(parties)         
Propulsion systems: 29 % of the turnover(sales)
Thermal systems: 28 %
Systems of Comfort and Help(Assistant) to the Conduct(Driving): 20 %
Systems of Visibility: 23 %.
Valéo has companies on all the continents to have a high turnover(sales) and not to pay transport costs. We visited the production of the system of visibility. Valéo trains(forms) on the spot German students who will work at home later.
