Trip to Valeo

 VISIT OF THE VALEO FACTORY

At the beginning the director of Valeo Stuttgart presented a PowerPoint about the company in the world. He explained to us what Valeo is and what they do. Afterwards, he presented the factory and all the machines and how they build windscreen-wipers including wiper engines, from beginning to end.

He showed us how they build the engine of the windscreen wiper and the rubber. Then, he showed us their new project and how they made it.

 Just a little information about Valeo : Valeo is a French company created in 1923, this company is know nfor it products around the world. They are 1st in wiper systems.

What about the production : 

So the production is fully automatised. One of the machines is created and built in them..., However the production sometimes need a human assistant to control, check and repair some problems with the machines for example we saw a problem in the wiper engine factory.

How does it work?

The aquablade drops windscreen washing liquid on the windscreen of the car, this new system has an ability to project this liquid uniformly 
so that's a revolutionary system.



 After a drink we visited the factory of Valeo in Stuttgart. So this factory produces the windscreen-wiper engines and the rubber. After we saw the assembly of the windscreen-wipers. We saw some problem with the machines and the consequence of this problem is that it made the production come to a complete standstill.
